Terms and Conditions
- The $500 coupon applies to full price single cycle IVF package or full price single cycle egg freezing package to any new patient (“the Participant”).
- Military members, fire fighters, and teachers (“the Special Participant”) enjoy 10% off for base package. For single cycle IVF package or single cycle egg freezing package, the Participant may apply the $500 coupon and the Special Participant enjoys a 10% off. If the Special Participant chooses other packages, he/she enjoys 10% off only. The offers cannot be combined with any other offers except stated above.
- The Participant and the Special Participant shall call to join from July 1, 2022 to July 15, 2022 and finish the first consultation no later than July 31, 2022. After the first consultation, the Participant shall be provided with the coupon of $500 and the Special Participant with valid credentials will be provided with the 10% off coupon.
- The $500 coupon must be presented and applied no later than Dec. 31st, 2022.
- Each Participant enjoys one coupon/discount per calendar year and cannot combine coupons/discounts.
- For selected Participant, IFC may provide free services for a single cycle egg freezing or single cycle sperm freezing. However, the selected Participant still needs to pay for the pre-cycle testing medications, additional cycles fee, PGT fee, and other fees.
- All Participants shall be no less than 21 years old.
- All Participants promise to cooperate with IFC for promotions in the form of articles, videos, and any other forms; and authorize IFC to promote its business commercially with the participants’ names, images, voices, videos, and other materials.
- No rain checks available.
- No monetary value.
- Void if altered, reproduced, or sold.
- Not responsible for typographical errors.
- Not available to IFC employees or affiliates’ employees.
- IFC reserves the right in its sole discretion to the issuance and application of the coupon/discount. IFC reserves the right to cancel the offer and the right to change its coupon policy without advance notice or advertisement.
